Welcome to the Zeta Chi chapter of

Kappa Kappa Gamma at Marist College!

Kappa Kappa Gamma prides itself on intellectual excellence and self-growth. Here at Zeta Chi we focus on friendship, leadership and scholarship.

The bond of sisterhood is an indescribable support system that embraces diversity and encourages success. I know that what I will miss most about college will be my time with my sisters- my best friends. Sisterhood is created with love and loyalty- the most valuable traits of a lasting relationship. The most incredible feeling I have felt is walking into a room of women and being on the receiving end of such strong loyalty and love.

Our sisters are involved in nearly every aspect on campus, while achieving high academic status at the same time. From the student newspaper to student government, the Kappa women have always held respectable leadership positions on campus. The women are involved in SGA, Dance Club, Equestrian Team, Water Polo, The Circle, Generator Magazine, LAS, Teachers of Tomorrow, MCTV, Singers, Chamber Choir, and the list goes on. The Kappa women have also been featured in the Student Art Show, Who’s Who Among America’s Colleges and Universities, Dean’s List and in the various academic honors societies and fraternities on campus.

It would be an impossible feat to single out any women in this organization. The beauty of the Zeta Chi chapter is that as an organization we have proven to be successful both in academic endeavors and other extracurricular activities. I am honored to lead such an amazing group of women. The Zeta Chi women are the epitome of what it means to be a Kappa.

Still, the greatest thing about being a Kappa is being surrounded by an incredible group of women whom you can call your sisters.

Sisterhood does not last for only four years, but for a lifetime.

Sincerely,

President,
Zeta Chi Chapter
